WARRANTY

We provide a limited warranty for manufacturing defects only on all new products for one (1) year from date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damages that may be a result of normal wear and tear and discoloration of materials due to normal use and environmental exposure, damages cause by transportation, if a product was used for rental or resale, damages due to misuse, improper handling, irresponsible use, dockage or long term storage in water, damages caused by impacts and collisions, by abuse or lack of maintenance or unauthorized modifications and repairs. A proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the warranty claim.

GUIDELINES TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BOARD

DON’T leave your SUP under the sun. It can overheat and become very hot.
DO wash your board with fresh water after use. This will also help the environment by avoiding contamination from different bodies of water and the unique micro-organisms they contain.
REMOVE the center fin from your board for short and long-term storage.
FOLD your sup. Rolling it will put more stress on the seams.
DEFLATE your board if you won't t be using it for an extended amount of time.
RESPECT the weight limit of each board.
APPLY the same set of rules for inflatable docks.
